Job Description
Research isn’t just googling (or asking ChatGPT). It’s about offering insights that make people go hmm. It’s also not just sitting behind a desk. Great researchers triangulate quantitative and qualitative data to build on our existing knowledge. You’ll analyse problems and not just make recommendations, but develop solutions as well, under the tutelage of a former policy director.

• Develop a growth mindset framework unique to students in Singapore.
• Investigate further the root causes of why a student may or may not benefit from coaching (may require survey/interview).
• Research on risk management and assess us! (Be nice.)
• And other possible research questions - you can choose!
