About the Role As a “Researcher” you will be researching current construction projects to a detailed level using the telephone, internet, and other communication sources to generate valuable data insights for our clients. You will receive full training, from our in-house Research Training Manager, this will include 121 training, group workshops, and on the job coaching. Key Accountabilities: Researching current construction projects to a detailed level using the telephone, internet, and other communication sources to generate opportunities for our customers. Interacting directly with clients through our internal CRM systems to answer queries on construction information. Managing your own workload to ensure project information is current, correct and delivered on time to meet department expectations. Achieve KPI measures around project volume and quality of data gathered. Consulting with other colleagues within the business Building relationships with contacts within the construction industry Desirable, but not essential, a minimum of 2 years’ experience in an inbound or outbound calling role, this could be in a contact centre, customer service or similar. Effective Communicator Active listener An excellent telephone manner Ability to work towards and achieving KPI’s. Resilience and strong work ethic Dedication and commitment to producing consistently high-quality output. Collaborator, with a sound understanding of the role you can play in helping the wider team to succeed. Diligence Excellent organisational and time management skills. Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel or similar.
