Job Description What’s in store for you as a Reservations Agent? As the first friendly voice our guests and clients hear, you’ll be the heart of our reservation desk. You manage both individual and group bookings with care and precision — but that’s not all. You’re looking for a full-time role with flexible working hours to suit your lifestyle. You’re a master communicator, fluent in both Dutch and English, and able to connect authentically with every guest. You have a background in Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field (bonus points if you know Opera!). You’re eager to learn and grow, with a proactive, positive mindset.
