Job Description Responsible for answering and responding effectively to all inquiries on Hotel reservations in a knowledgeable, courteous and prompt manner. Be knowledgeable about the hotel's basic information, have a comprehensive understanding of all hotel products, facilities and the various services offered throughout the hotel, whether it be about guests rooms, food and beverage outlets or concessionaires. This information should be kept up to date to include any and all promotions. Ensure a high level of customer service is consistently maintained. Adhere to the company credit policies to ensure all expected revenue will be received accordingly. File and organize departmental documents. maintain stationery and office supplies for the department Perform other reasonable duties assigned by the Management Qualifications Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of all hotel facilities, services and promotions in order to provide prompt and accurate responses to all inquiries on Hotel reservation. Minimum 1 year of experience in the hospitality industry or in a similar capacity in the area of customer service. Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Knowledge and familiarity in Opera/ Opera Cloud. Good communication skills. Ability to work effectively and is a good team player
