Job Description What Will You Be Doing? Processing and managing FIT and corporate reservations received via phone, email, and other channels Serve as the first point of contact for all booking enquiries, delivering prompt and professional assistance Providing efficient, friendly, and personalised service to every guest Staying up to date and fluent with the ALL – Accor Live Limitless loyalty program Collaborating closely with the operations team to ensure all guest requests and service needs are met seamlessly Qualifications Your Skills and Experience Include: Service-oriented with a strong eye for detail and a passion for creating memorable guest experiences Confident, articulate communicator Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively Entrepreneurial spirit with drive, ambition, and a high level of energy Genuine passion for hospitality and a commitment to exceptional service Flexible and adaptable, with availability to work across a range of shifts as needed Additional Information What’s in it for you?
