We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Reservations Agent to join our team and deliver an outstanding booking experience to our valued guests.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Previous experience in a reservations, front office, or call center role in the hospitality industry is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in English (both written and spoken); knowledge of Arabic or other languages is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with Opera PMS or similar hotel reservation systems is desirable.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • A positive, professional attitude with a passion for guest service.
Responsibilities
  • Handle all incoming reservation requests via phone, email, and online channels in a professional and timely manner.
  • Maximize room sales by upselling and promoting hotel services, packages, and special offers.
  • Ensure all reservations are accurately entered into the system, following hotel policies and procedures.
  • Maintain effective communication with other departments (Front Office, Sales, Revenue) to ensure guest requirements are met.
  • Assist with inquiries regarding rates, availability, hotel facilities, and services.
  • Follow up on pending bookings and ensure guest satisfaction throughout the pre-arrival stage.
  • Support the Reservations Manager in achieving departmental goals.
