Overview:
Big Sky Reservations is seeking a full-time, year-round Reservations Agent with a passion for all things Big Sky. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a team-oriented office environment and enjoys connecting guests with the best lodging options and experiences the resort has to offer. Responsibilities:

• Answer guest inquiries and assist with lodging reservations via phone and email
• Promote and sell Big Sky Resort lodging and activities with enthusiasm and accuracy
• Use reservation systems and software to enter guest bookings and update data
• Deliver outstanding guest service by providing helpful, knowledgeable recommendations
• Communicate effectively with other departments to ensure a smooth guest experience
• Maintain a strong knowledge of Big Sky Resort’s lodging options, amenities, and activities
• Contribute to a fun, productive, and service-focused team environment
• Flexible scheduling between 8 a.m. – 6 p.m.; split shifts available to accommodate ski breaks
• Assist in other office duties and projects as needed

Qualifications:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management abilities
• Computer literacy required; experience with reservation systems a plus
• Sales, hospitality, or data entry experience strongly preferred
• Knowledge of Big Sky Resort and the local community is a plus
• Ability to multi-task and remain calm under pressure
• Enthusiastic, dependable, and self-motivated
