Big Sky Reservations is seeking a full-time, year-round Reservations Agent with a passion for all things Big Sky. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a team-oriented office environment and enjoys connecting guests with the best lodging options and experiences the resort has to offer. If you’re enthusiastic about skiing, biking, and the mountain lifestyle, and love sharing that excitement with others, this position offers the perfect balance of guest service and resort culture.
Enjoy a relaxed and collaborative work environment with opportunities for ski, ride, or bike breaks during the day. This position is also a strong stepping stone for career advancement within the company, offering exposure to multiple departments and guest-facing systems.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer guest inquiries and assist with lodging reservations via phone and email
  • Promote and sell Big Sky Resort lodging and activities with enthusiasm and accuracy
  • Use reservation systems and software to enter guest bookings and update data
  • Deliver outstanding guest service by providing helpful, knowledgeable recommendations
  • Communicate effectively with other departments to ensure a smooth guest experience
  • Maintain a strong knowledge of Big Sky Resort’s lodging options, amenities, and activities
  • Contribute to a fun, productive, and service-focused team environment
  • Flexible scheduling between 8 a.m. – 6 p.m.; split shifts available to accommodate ski breaks
  • Assist in other office duties and projects as needed

Qualifications:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Highly detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management abilities
  • Computer literacy required; experience with reservation systems a plus
  • Sales, hospitality, or data entry experience strongly preferred
  • Knowledge of Big Sky Resort and the local community is a plus
  • Ability to multi-task and remain calm under pressure
  • Enthusiastic, dependable, and self-motivated
