Located in the heart of Luxembourg City, the 5-star Hotel Le Royal, a member of "The Leading Hotels of the World", is looking for a full-time, fixed-term employee to start as soon as possible:

AGENT DE RESERVATIONS (H/F)

who will work under the responsibility of the Reservations & Revenue Manager in a team of 4 people.

YOUR MISSIONS:

• Optimizing revenue through bookings

• Promote the hotel's other services

• Updating the booking portfolio

• Monitoring of customer information in the hotel system (Protel)

• Monitoring of customer requests

• Participation in operational department meetings

YOUR PROFILE:

Studies in hospitality or tourism are an asset

Experience in a similar role is preferred.

Excellent command of French and English; knowledge of any other language is a plus (especially German).

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Word) is required; knowledge of Protel software is an asset.

Knowledge of Revenue Management and electronic distribution is an asset

• Rigor and organization in work

Excellent interpersonal skills, business acumen

• A thorough knowledge of the services is essential

• Telephone skills

• English and French (Required)
