Newport Hotel Group is seeking full time call center reservations agents to work at the home office location in Middletown, RI. Agents are responsible for taking hotel reservations calls for ten hotels located throughout New England and Jackson Hole, Wyoming.

CALL CENTER RESERVATIONS AGENT REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS

• Must have fully flexible work schedule as office is open Monday - Friday from 8am to 10pm and Saturday - Sunday from 8am to 6pm.
• Shifts and days off will vary weekly.
• Must have customer service experience.
• Must have the ability to multitask.
