Responsibilities:

• Book flights, hotels, cruises, tours, and other travel services
• Issue, reissue, and cancel flight tickets using reservation systems
• Ensure accurate passenger details and travel information
• Handle cancellations, changes, and travel disruptions professionally
• Ensure compliance with airline or company policies

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent (Tourism/Hospitality degree preferred)
• Knowledge of booking systems (Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo) is a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask
