The Reservations Specialist will be responsible for consulting with guests in reaching customized solutions to their travel needs by answering incoming calls, utilizing excellent communication, persuasive sales ability and world class customer service. HOURS Must be flexible for scheduling to include days, nights, holidays, and weekends REQUIREMENTS Minimum 1+ years' work experience in a customer oriented and/or sales role and 6 months experience in the hospitality industry or in a role requiring you to work well with people, negotiate, overcome objections, and/or upsell/cross sell Excellent communication and active listening skills, including the ability to speak, read and write fluently in English Computer proficiency, including ability to easily navigate and toggle between multiple screens, talk and type at the same time, and troubleshoot basic computer issues Minimum typing speed of 20 to 30 wpm Must be 18 years and older Must possess a valid St Lucian ID (Passport, National ID or Driver's License) itel is the largest Caribbean-born customer experience provider and we are now an award-winning international company.
