About the Job An exciting opportunity has arisen for Reservation & Communication Manager - Reservation to join Jumeirah Gulf of Bahrain. The main duties and responsibilities of this role include: · Oversee the delivery of internal and external service, quality, and commercial performances as per Central Reservations KPI objectives. · Work closely with hotel reservation teams to maximize revenue opportunities and reduce operational inefficiencies. · Attend meetings related to reservations and share relevant insights on performance and trends. · Monitor automated reservation services to ensure optimal capacity and resolve any service degradation. · Monitor and follow up on guest complaints, ensuring relevant solutions are provided by coordinating with other departments. · Ensure training of new colleagues in the department and hotels is planned and scheduled in advance. · Oversee all aspects of people management, including development, target setting, reviews, and performance. · Complete monthly KPI reporting to the Director of Reservations and Director of Revenue for the hotel.
