Job Description We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Reservation Executive to join our team in Chennai, India. As a Reservation Executive, you will play a crucial role in managing room reservations, maximizing revenue, and ensuring exceptional guest satisfaction. Plan and coordinate room reservations to optimize occupancy and revenue Implement effective selling techniques and strategies to maximize room sales Prepare accurate forecasts, reports, and statistics on a timely basis Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently Maintain and update the corporate database with guest information and booking details Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction Train and supervise reservation associates, delegating tasks as needed Ensure adherence to company policies regarding discounts and corporate rates Monitor and analyze market trends to adjust reservation strategies Assist in developing occupancy forecasts for annual budgets Handle VIP reservations and special requests with utmost care and attention Qualifications Diploma in Tourism or Hospitality Management Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint Strong knowledge of reservation systems and hotel management software Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively Team player with excellent interpersonal skills Knowledge of additional languages is a plus Job-Category: Sales & Marketing Job Type: Permanent Job Schedule: Full-Time
