We’re searching for a Reservation Manager to lead our reservations operations and support revenue growth, operational efficiency, and exceptional guest service at Crowne Plaza Kathmandu Pulchowk. A little taste of your day-to-day: Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be: ● Managing the daily operations of the Reservations department to ensure accurate, efficient, and guest-focused reservation handling ● Supervising and supporting reservations colleagues to maintain high service standards and operational efficiency ● Monitoring room inventory, booking patterns, and reservation accuracy to maximize occupancy and revenue opportunities ● Coordinating closely with Revenue Management, Sales, Front Office, and other operational teams to ensure seamless guest experiences and effective inventory management ● Handling guest inquiries, special requests, group reservations, and reservation-related concerns professionally and promptly ● Assisting with forecasting, reporting, and analysis of reservation trends, market demand, and business performance ● Ensuring all reservation procedures, rate codes, and booking practices comply with hotel policies and brand standards ● Supporting training, coaching, and development of reservations team members while fostering a collaborative and service-focused work environment What We need from you: ● Diploma or higher education qualification in Hotel Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field preferred ● Minimum 4–6 years of hotel reservations or Front Office experience, including supervisory or managerial exposure preferred ● Strong understanding of hotel reservation systems, room inventory management, and revenue principles ● Excellent communication, organizational, and guest service skills ● Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail ● Familiarity with hotel property management systems, channel distribution platforms, and Microsoft Office preferred ● Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced hospitality environment and manage multiple priorities effectively We give our people everything they need to succeed.
