About the opportunity  The Reservation Manager at Discova Japan takes on a dual role, overseeing strategic and operational aspects. Strategically, they will collaborate with Discova Japan’s Country Manager and reservation teams to deliver exceptional customer service, boosting customer satisfaction and team productivity.
