We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Reservation Manager to join our team.

REQUIREMENTS

  • At least 2-5 years of experience in reservations or front office roles, with experience supervising teams in medium to large-scale properties
  • In-depth knowledge of reservation systems and revenue management techniques
  • Leadership and team management skills: Ability to train, motivate, and supervise staff to ensure department efficiency
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Teamwork-oriented: Ability to collaborate with other departments to enhance the guest experience and achieve company goals
  • Language skills: Knowledge of additional languages, English, French, German
  • Hospitality training or equivalent experience in luxury hotels
Responsibilities
  • Manage the reservations department: Oversee all activities related to reservations, ensuring service standards are met and every request is handled efficiently
  • Optimize availability and occupancy rates: Collaborate with the Revenue Manager office to manage room availability
  • Supervise the reservations team: Coordinate and motivate the team, ensuring that members are properly trained and working synergistically
