Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Reservations Officer to join our team. As a Reservations Officer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring seamless booking processes, exceptional client service, and efficient reservation management for requests coming from all B2B markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond with Speed and Precision: Deliver swift and accurate responses to all client requests, ensuring satisfaction.
  • Exceptional Client Service: Go above and beyond to exceed client expectation
  • Reservation Management: Handle hotel reservations and ground handling requests with efficiency and attention to detail.
  • Multi-Channel Communication: Engage with agents through email, WhatsApp, and phone calls, maintaining clear and effective communication.

Key Requirements:

  • 3-4 Years of Experience: A proven track record with 3-4 years of prior experience in a local Destination Management Company (DMC) or hotel reservations within the UAE.
  • Online & Offline Expertise: Proficiency in handling ONLINE reservations, ensuring a seamless booking process for our valued clients.
  • Reservations Agent Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Reservation Agent is required.
