REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Ticketing Agent with proficiency in Galileo, Amadeus, and Sabre programs.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in travel package booking and sightseeing reservations.
• Strong customer-service experience and excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Exceptional multitasking and time-management abilities, with the capacity to work efficiently under pressure.
• Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite.
• In-depth destination knowledge to provide informed recommendations to clients.
