As a Reservation Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in managing our reservation department, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and maximizing revenue through efficient booking processes. Oversee and manage the daily operations of the reservation department Train, mentor, and supervise reservation agents to maintain high service standards Implement and monitor reservation policies and procedures to ensure accuracy and efficiency Analyze booking trends and occupancy rates to optimize revenue and pricing strategies Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences Handle complex reservation inquiries and resolve guest issues promptly Generate and analyze reports on reservation performance and key metrics Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to maintain a competitive edge Ensure compliance with all relevant hospitality regulations and standards Participate in cross-functional projects to improve overall hotel operations Qualifications Proven experience in hotel reservations, with at least 2-3 years in a supervisory role In-depth understanding of hotel operations and reservation management systems Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and efficiency Proficient in data analysis and report generation Ability to make quick, informed decisions in a fast-paced environment Customer-centric approach with a commitment to guest satisfaction Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and reservation management software Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred Multilingual skills are a plus, with fluency in English required Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays Additional Information experience is an asset Prior experience working with Opera or a related system Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities Fluency in English, additional languages are a plus Job-Category: Sales & Marketing Job Type: Permanent Job Schedule: Full-Time
