• Supervise and support the reservations team, providing training, guidance, and performance feedback.
• Oversee daily reservation operations, ensuring all bookings are accurately entered and confirmed.
• Monitor and manage the reservation system to optimize room occupancy and revenue.
• Respond promptly to guest inquiries via phone, email, and other channels, providing excellent customer service.
• Coordinate with sales and front desk teams to ensure smooth check-in and check-out processes.
• Handle complex or special reservation requests, modifications, or cancellations.
• Analyze reservation trends and report on occupancy forecasts and revenue opportunities.
• Develop and implement reservation policies and procedures.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of hotel rates, promotions, and availability.
• Ensure compliance with hotel standards, brand guidelines, and health and safety regulations.
