Responsibilities

As our Reservations Supervisor, you’ll:

  • Oversee the daily reservations operation – making sure every booking is handled quickly, accurately, and with care.
  • Make and manage group and individual reservations, ensuring no detail is missed.
  • Work closely with our Sales, Revenue, and Front Office teams to keep things running smoothly.
  • Support and train the reservations team to deliver the best guest service possible.
  • Handle guest inquiries (and the occasional tricky situation!) with professionalism and a smile.
  • Monitor room availability and rates to help maximise occupancy and revenue.
  • Prepare occupancy forecasts and reports to keep the team on track.
  • Look for opportunities to upsell and enhance the guest experience.
  • Identify Potential Corporate Clients- look for businesses near your hotel: offices, training centres, airports, hospitals, logistics companies, or film studios.Review your guest profiles – if guests are staying for business, ask politely which company they are with.
