Job Responsibilities

As a Reservation & Ticketing Agent, you will be responsible for handling customer travel requirements, ensuring accurate reservations, and delivering excellent service. Your duties will include:

• Handling flight reservations, reissues, refunds, and cancellations using GDS (Sabre/Amadeus).
• Issuing airline tickets accurately and in compliance with fare rules.
• Managing booking queues and following up with airlines and suppliers.
• Advising customers on travel options, itineraries, and visa requirements.
• Preparing quotations, invoices, and travel documents for clients.
• Assisting with customer inquiries via phone, email, and WhatsApp.
• Coordinating with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth service.
• Maintaining records and reports of bookings and sales.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 years experience in ticketing/reservations with a travel agency.
• Proficiency in Sabre and/or Amadeus GDS is required.
• Strong knowledge of airline fare rules, reissuance, and refund processes.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Outlook).
• Fluency in English (Arabic/Chinese/other languages is a plus).

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
