REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum 2+ years of experience as a Ticketing Agent in the travel industry.
  • Strong working knowledge of Amadeus and Sabre GDS systems.
  • Experience with package booking (flights + hotels + tours).
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Customer-oriented mindset with attention to detail.
Responsibilities
  • Handle airline ticket reservations, cancellations, reissues, and exchanges using Amadeus and Sabre GDS systems.
  • Manage package bookings including flights, hotels, tours, and add-on services.
  • Provide professional customer support via phone, email, and chat, ensuring timely responses and high-quality service.
  • Process payments, issue invoices, and ensure compliance with airline and company policies.
  • Resolve customer queries, complaints, and special requests in a proactive and empathetic manner.
  • Stay updated on airline rules, fare structures, promotions, and travel regulations.
