Description Join Lake Lawn Resort as a Reservationist and be the first point of contact for guests planning their stay. In this role, you’ll assist guests with booking rooms, spa services, dining, golf, and more helping create a seamless experience from the very first call. Position Details Employment Type: Part-Time Shift: Flexible (Days, Evenings, Weekends) Department: Reservations / Front Office What You’ll Do Answer incoming calls and assist guests with reservations and inquiries Book guest rooms, spa services, golf tee times, dining, and recreational activities Provide accurate information on rates, packages, and resort amenities Enter and manage reservations in the property management system Handle reservations via phone, email, and other channels Process group bookings and rooming lists Assist with special requests and coordinate with front desk and operations teams Utilize upselling techniques to enhance guest bookings Process gift certificates and administrative tasks (labels, mailings, etc.) Provide directions, general resort information, and exceptional customer service Requirements What We’re Looking For Must be at least 18 years of age High school diploma or equivalent Previous customer service, reservations, or call center experience preferred Experience with property management systems (Springer Miller a plus) Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) Strong communication and phone skills Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Work Environment Indoor office or call center setting High-volume phone and reservation environment Team-oriented, guest-focused atmosphere About Lake Lawn Resort Located on Delavan Lake, Lake Lawn Resort is a premier destination offering a wide range of guest experiences.
