As a Reservations Admin Coordinator, you embody a unique blend of precision, efficiency, and a customer-centric approach, elevating our Reservations Team. Your role is instrumental in ensuring seamless and top-notch service, where attention to detail meets a passion for enhancing the guest experience. As Reservations Co-Ordinator, you will join a team that is passionate about delivering incredible service where we believe that anything is possible, whilst having fun in all that we do! Quality control of the department’s administrative duties Managing O-Status with the help of both Reservations and Groups, Meetings & Events teams Preparing adjustments and refunds, with the help of both Reservations and Groups, Meetings & Events teams Assisting with completing and preparing commission breakdowns for invoicing and payment Assisting with capturing of M&E invoices Assist reservations and groups, meetings & events during periods of high demand / When staff are on leave and when emails are allocated / as and when required. Managing the Reservations, Groups, Meetings & Events shared Folder and ensuring all correspondence is up to date. Managing weekly stationary orders & any other duties & reports as determined by the role. Manage and follow up on all deposit payments in line with the reservation terms and conditions and ensure that payments are received on time prior to the guest’s arrival. To interact with Housekeeping, Front Office, Spa and Food & Beverage, where necessary, ensuring any new and relevant information is communicated between these departments and Reservations. Maintains department Standard Operating Procedures and devise benchmark to be adhered to. Manage workload fairly, ensuring that our turnaround time is adhered to. Assist Individual and Group Reservations as/when necessary, with enquiry turnaround, call handling as well as shifts during low staffing periods. Qualifications Flexibility and a positive, Yes I Can!
