Job Description Key Duties and Responsibilities Manage guest enquiries and reservations, ensuring that their needs and wants are met to the highest standard. Give details of hotel facilities and pricing information. Upsell other areas of the hotel. Ensure expectations are set correctly, in advance of the guest’s stay. Office administration as required Requirements: 1-year previous experience in a reception/reservations role in a hotel Previous experience using Hotsoft a distinct advantage Excellent customer care skills Excellent command of the English language both written and oral is essential Highly motivated, and a team player.
