We have the perfect opportunity for an experienced full time Reservations Agent to join our amazing team. Job Description ALL about the role: Often the first point of guest contact, your main role is assisting and completing individual and group reservations for our guests - ensuring a smooth start to their stay with us and leading our Reservations team as well as: Meeting the needs of inbound FIT reservations and groups from the taking of the inquiry, conversion of the business, assisting with organization of the group, through to ensuring successful on-site coordination of the group Maintain fluency with the Accor Live Limitless Loyalty Program Oversee accuracy of room blocks, reservations, and rate codes Process all reservation requests, changes, and cancellations with different channels Identify guest reservation needs and determine appropriate room type Explain guarantee, special rate, and cancellation policies to callers Accommodate and document special requests Follow sales techniques to maximize revenue Respond to any challenges found for accommodating rooming requests Set-up proper billing accounts according to Finance policies Troubleshoot and resolve guest issues or escalate/refer to appropriate department Qualifications ALL about you: Experience with OPERA property management system or similar Relevant experience in a similar role Experience with Groups is advantageous Service oriented with an eye for detail Confident & articulate communication, relationship & networking skills Time management skills with the ability to multitask Entrepreneurial spirit with drive, ambition & high level of energy Passion for hospitality Experience in the Hotel Industry Additional Information Why work for Accor?
