Are you an individual with a high level of attention to detail and have a gregarious personality? Starting Rate: $19.59 per hour We recognize tenure through our compensation. Hourly rates increase after six months, and yearly to three years. At three years the pay rate for this role would be $24.93. Job Duties Include: Consistently offer professional, engaging and friendly service Make room reservations, handle internal and external communication for leisure/Group/Tour & FIT segments as assigned within the department. Efficiently produce and execute daily reports for segments, auditing reservations and updating as needed Correspond with guests/clients via email or telephone phone while monitoring Reservations voicemail regularly Work closely with Sales, Front Office and Accounting teams to ensure all client expectations are met and/or exceeded Assist with duties within other Reservations Segments (Leisure, Tour & FIT & Groups) when required All other duties as assigned. Qualifications Your Skills & Qualifications: Previous reservations or sales experience is an asset Opera Property Manager System (PMS) and Central Reservations System (CRS) experience an asset Must display strong communication, analytical, organizational and administrative skills to be able to deal with multiple priorities simultaneously Strong computer skills with a working knowledge of Word, and Excel Must be willing to work shifts (including split shifts) and varied days off on occasion and able to sit for long periods.
