Guest experience is a true British heritage and history with a visit to one of the world's most celebrated ocean liners, now permanently docked in the new marina at Dubai's Port Rashid in the UAE. Job Description Interact with guests on a daily basis and assist them to book rooms and handle guests requests and preferences. Provide information about the hotel, local attractions and services. Knows the type of rooms available as well as their location and layout. Keep up to date knowledge on the selling status, rates, and benefits of all packages plans. Knows the credit policy of the hotel and how to code each reservation. Monitor and ensure that all reservations with corresponding TA commissions are thoroughly checked to avoid unaccounted commission invoices. Processing new reservations, including collecting payment information such as credit card numbers or other forms of payment. Qualifications Work experience as a Hotel Reservations Agent, or a similar role Proficiency in Opera and Microsoft Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus Excellent communication and organizational skills
