As a key member of our hospitality organization, you will play a crucial role in ensuring guest satisfaction by managing reservations efficiently and providing exceptional service. Handle incoming reservation requests via phone, email, and online booking platforms Provide detailed information about room types, rates, availability, and hotel amenities to potential guests Collaborate closely with sales, revenue management, and front desk teams to optimize occupancy rates and maximize accommodation sales. Process reservations accurately and efficiently. Maintain up-to-date information on various distribution channels and booking platforms Generate and analyze weekly reports to track reservation trends and performance metrics Assist in managing group bookings and special requests Ensure all reservation-related invoicing processes are complete and accurate Stay informed about hotel promotions, local events, and attractions to provide comprehensive information to guests Address and resolve customer inquiries and concerns in a professional and timely manner Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field with a minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry. Proficiency in Property Management Systems (PMS) and reservation softwares. Strong knowledge of reservation procedures and hospitality industry standards Excellent communication skills with fluency in English; additional languages are a plus Outstanding customer service orientation with a friendly and professional demeanor Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work schedules Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for reporting purposes Familiarity with online travel agencies (OTAs) and global distribution systems (GDS) is preferred Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make decisions under pressure Additional Information Our commitment to Diversity & Inclusion: We are an inclusive company and our ambition is to attract, recruit and promote diverse talent.
