Job Description Due to an internal promotion, we are looking for the right person to join the team- someone who can move with the changing business and grow & develop with us as the hotel welcomes our corporate & leisure guests. What you will be doing: Consistently offering exceptional, friendly and engaging service Ensure the best selection for the guest and ensure revenue is maximized through up-selling Recommend property facilities and assist guests with information and special requests Book room reservation requests, enter rooming lists, and update accurate information in the system Qualifications Guest focused personality is essential Prior experience working with Opera or a related system is preferred but not essential Strong communication, interpersonal and problem-solving abilities Valid Australian working rights This is a part-time 3 days in a week role.
