Located on Willow Street in Shoreditch, the hotel features 164 rooms including suites, a 240 seat restaurant, lobby lounge, outdoor courtyard and a spa. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Transform guest inquiries into confirmed bookings, while skillfully upselling and cross-selling to enhance every stay.
  • Become a true expert on our hotel’s offerings — from room types and amenities to packages, promotions, and special events — so you can confidently guide guests.
  • Handle reservation requests, modifications, and cancellations swiftly and accurately via phone, email, and through our corporate and travel agency partners.
  • Lead every conversation with professionalism and warmth, following our company’s standards to ensure a positive guest experience from start to finish. Capture all essential details for each booking and accommodate special requests, making sure they’re reflected in our system for a personalized guest journey.
  • Tackle guest concerns head-on with empathy and efficiency, turning challenges into opportunities for satisfaction and loyalty.
