QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

  • Minimum 1 years’ experience in Hotel or Resort, as Reservations Agent
  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management , Hotel Management
  • Fluency in English ; additional languages are a plus.
  • Experience working with the Opera system / Excel (Microsoft office).
  • The ability to work a rotating roster with evening and weekend availability
  • Excellent time management skills

Responsibilities

THE ROLE OF THE RESERVATIONS AGENT:

We are excited to offer an opportunity for a Reservations Agent to join a new takeover project in the UAE: Al Zorah Beach Resorts in Ajman, UAE , as it embarks on an inspiring transformation journey. This evolution will culminate in the grand opening of Four Seasons Resort Ajman at Al Zorah in late 2026.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Handle Group and Individual Reservations inquiries via email, phone and WhatsApp according to the stringent Reservations Standards set forth by management to enhance guest engagement and maximize overall hotel revenue.
  • Aims to upsell rooms and other services to maximize the profitability of the company
  • Leases and cooperates with other departments as needed
  • Creates reports or partake in projects as directed by management
  • Maintain a records of guest preferences, VIP bookings, and special occasions.
  • Building and maintaining positive relationships with guests, travel agents, and other referral sources to drive business.
  • Monitoring reservation trends, analyzing data, and providing insights to optimize revenue and operational efficiency.
  • Adhering to the hotel sales, marketing, and service standards, while also complying with hotel policies and procedures.
  • Accurately recording and maintaining reservation information, managing room inventory, and ensuring data integrity in the reservation system.
