REQUIREMENTS:

  • Previous experience in reservations, customer service, or hospitality (holiday homes/hotels preferred).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and reservation/booking systems (e.g., Airbnb, Booking.com, Expedia, etc.).
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure.
  • Fluency in English (Arabic or other languages is an advantage).
  • Positive attitude, detail-oriented, and guest-focused.

Responsibilities
  • Handle incoming inquiries through phone, email, and online booking platforms.
  • Manage daily reservations, cancellations, and modifications with accuracy.
  • Ensure all bookings are updated in the system and coordinate with the operations team for smooth guest check-ins and check-outs.
  • Respond promptly to guest queries and provide detailed property information.
  • Monitor occupancy levels, maximize booking opportunities, and upsell services.
  • Maintain professional communication with guests, partners, and property owners.
  • Assist in preparing daily/weekly reservation reports and occupancy updates.
