Full job description

• Manage daily reservation operations and ensure accuracy of bookings.
• Supervise and support the reservations team to achieve departmental goals.
• Maximize room revenue through effective inventory and rate management.
• Handle guest inquiries, group bookings, and special requests professionally.
• Coordinate with Front Office, Sales, and Revenue teams to optimize occupancy.
• Generate reservation reports and monitor performance metrics.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
