The Role Our Crown Resorts Reservations department is the central point of contact for hotel accommodation enquiries for our seven properties located in Melbourne, Perth and Sydney. Guided by Crown’s 4Cs of Service Excellence: Be Courteous, Connect, Create and Care, we are committed to creating memorable and elevated hospitality experience. As a Reservation Agent, your responsibilities include: Assisting our guests to find the perfect accommodation for their personalised stay with our hotels Working in a fast-paced inbound call centre environment, you will be handling an average of eighty calls per shift Responding to email enquiries Providing quotes Upselling opportunities Following up on pre-payments & charge backs About You Ability to work in a fast-paced call centre environment Effective time management skills with the ability to multitask Polished and clear communication skill Strong attention to detail Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite Experience with Opera and Synxis highly desirable Must be available to work a 7 day rotational roster between the hours of 7am to midnight The Benefits Free meals on shift at our staff restaurant Discounts across our 7 hotel properties Discounts with our Food & Beverage venues Uniform can be provided and laundered for you The opportunity to build a career with one of Australia’s most iconic and recognised brands On top of exciting career possibilities, we offer better exposure to experiences and learning.
