RESERVATIONS AGENT (FRONT OFFICE)

Mangwanani North Coast (PTY) LTD based Zimbali Capital is looking for a Reservations Agent (Front Office) to assist customers over the phone and in person reservation bookings, enquiries, check availability .You are responsible for providing support from start to finish to resolve customer inquiries or concerns. To be a professional, friendly and efficient first point of contact for all guests

REQUIREMENTS

  • Computer literate
  • Have a strong command of the English language
  • Have a pleasant and friendly telephone manner
  • Have excellent administration skills
  • Have excellent interpersonal skills to develop a relationship with clients over the phone.
  • Promote relaxation etc. and the client must get that feeling from the word go
  • Have some sales skills as you are selling a product
  • Have attention to detail
  • Aptitude for working with computers
  • Able to work quickly and accurately
  • Multi-tasking, conflict management and telephone etiquette
  • Well presented, friendly, professional
  • 2 Years reservations/front office experience
  • Must be able to work weekends , public holiday’s and night shift

Responsibilities
  • To ensure that all Reservations, enquiries and requests are confirmed in line with company policy. Assist customers in their specific enquiries i.e. availability, voucher redemptions, venue information, package information
  • Create further interest in the company’s services by inviting customers to use all services and products offered
  • Provide a high level of personalized customer service
  • Upsell the various Mangwanani packages
  • To be aware of and maintain relationships with regular guests to encourage repeat business.
  • To be aware of all front office procedures and assist with reception duties when required.
  • To ensure accuracy and attention to detail is maintained on all stages of reservations from the initial enquiry to the guest’s departure.
