Job Description

We are currently seeking an enthusiastic, detail-oriented, and guest-focused Reservations Agent to join our team. As a Reservations Agent, you will play a key role in ensuring every guest enjoys a seamless and personalised booking experience. You will be responsible for managing reservations across multiple channels, offering tailored recommendations, and delivering exceptional service.
