A Reservations Agent is responsible for booking guest reservations and maintaining required levels of excellence in customer service, productivity, efficiency, and profitability established for the department. Commitment and dedication to our Spirit of Service culture is an expected behavior to be displayed towards our guests and team members at all times. What will I be doing: Answers phone in a cordial and professional manner following all departmental guidelines, and books reservations for guests and inform them of services provided at the respective properties. Mails confirmation & information to guests. Maintains accurate records and documentation for all reservations. Research questions related to guest disputes. Handles Maintenance Fees questions and postings. Assists with promoting Rental Revenue and processing advance deposits. Works closely with front desk team members ensuring that reservation procedures are consistent with check-in procedures. Performing Check-Ins at the Front Desk as necessary. May be required to do other duties and special projects assigned by Front Office Management. What are we looking for.... Demonstrates excellence in service quality standards that affect team member and guest satisfaction, responding in a timely and professional manner. A courteous and professional demeanor must prevail when handling upset guests and difficult situations.
