As Reservations Agent, you will assume full responsibility for the efficient operation of the Reservations department to provide exceptional products and services within brand operating standards. A little taste of your day-to-day: Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be: ● Manage daily reservation operations, including processing bookings, advance deposits, and tracking future room availability ● Assist in setting up PMS & CRS, updating inventory, pricing, and daily fluctuations according to guidelines from DOSM and Revenue Manager ● Provide accurate information on room types, rates, packages, hotel services, credit policies, and reservation coding to guests and internal teams ● Monitor and update free allotments, close-outs, and group/block bookings to maximize occupancy and revenue ● Review cancellations, no-shows, adjustments, and ensure all reservations are complete with correct guest information and coding Stay informed about market trends and competitor strategies to support optimal selling practices. ● Follow hotel policies, procedures, safety, and security protocols, maintaining high standards of service and accuracy What We need from you: ● Excellent verbal and written communication skills ● Ability to deal with difficult interactions and work under pressure ● 3–5-year prior experience working in a customer service function ● Flexibility to respond to a variety of different work situations ● A passion for delivering an exceptional level of guest service What you can expect from us: We give our people everything they need to succeed.
