Working alongside a wonderful team at The Peninsula Bangkok, we are seeking a Reservation Agent to support Sales & Marketing team.   Work for a prestigious hotel in Bangkok  Learn and grow within a strong sales & marketing operation Favorable remuneration package  Key Responsibilities To take and maintain up-to-date accurate reservation records, including records of any advance bookings and any cancellations. To support and assist in the preparation of group rooming lists To be informed on a daily basis of the hotel’s activities and functions To respond all telephone calls efficiently, always ensure that relevant standards and procedures are implemented and maintained  Job Requirements Bachelor's degree or equivalent in hotel management courses with hotel operations Minimum one year in a similar or relevant field Good knowledge of computer skills i.e., Opera PMS, Microsoft Word, and Excel Ability to handle phone and email conversations with fluency, hardworking, willingness to learn, respect authority and efficient.
