We are seeking Reservation Agents to join our dynamic team !

EXCELLENT PHONE MANNER, CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE, AND STRONG COMPUTER SKILLS REQUIRED. PRIOR EXPERIENCE WITH RESERVATION SOFTWARE OR POS SYSTEMS STRONGLY PREFERRED. ABILITY TO LEARN AND SUCCESSFULLY NAVIGATE AN ON-LINE RESERVATION SYSTEM REQUIRED.

Agents are responsible for making, changing, or confirming reservations via phone and in- person. Reservations are made using specific and complex reservation software. Agents reconcile ticket sales and receipts, respond appropriately to comments or complaints, and resolve passenger issues, as best as possible, to the satisfaction of the customer. Agents also catalogue luggage and items left behind and identify the appropriate owner to have the items picked up or returned.
Must live on or near Cape Cod MA.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $18.50 per hour
