In this base plus commission payed position you are responsible for providing a friendly and efficient service to all guest while taking, recording, and cancelling reservations all with an understating to maximize revenue and occupancy for Kalahari Resorts. Key Responsibilities * Ability to adapt to changes quickly and shift your approach or method to best fit the situation during frequent changes, delays, or unexpected events. * Offer product knowledge to ensure sales are completed. * Be passionate about all Kalahari Goals and initiatives. * Contribute to positive team relations through effective communications, teamwork and partnerships with co-workers and management team.
