This position requires exceptional communication skills and a strong understanding of the luxury hospitality market. Key Responsibilities: Process and manage reservations via phone, email, and online platforms. Provide accurate information on room availability, rates, and hotel services to guests. Handle modifications and cancellations of bookings professionally. Work closely with the front office and sales teams to maximize occupancy and revenue. Maintain detailed records of guest interactions and preferences. Ensure a seamless and personalized experience for guests. Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly and effectively. Previous experience in a reservations or front office role, preferably in a luxury hotel environment. Fluent in English, with additional languages considered a plus. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Proficiency in reservation systems and MS Office.
