Joining the Monarto Safari Resort team, you will play an integral role in supporting our business as we continue to share special places and shape lasting memories for our guests. About the role With the addition of the luxury tents in early 2026, we are seeking a Reservation Agent who will be responsible for the first impressions of the lodge. You will be responsible for receiving telephone and email enquires, completing reservations for our guests, promoting packages, tailoring itineraries, building rapport and providing excellent customer service to our guests.
