We are currently seeking a Part-Time Reservations Agent to join our team. Your Day to Day • Support the daily operations of the Reservations Department, maximising occupancy and average rate. • Handle guest enquiries, bookings, amendments and cancellations with accuracy and efficiency. • Deliver exceptional service through all guest interactions, particularly over the phone and email. • Build strong relationships with guests and internal departments to ensure a seamless booking experience. • Maintain accurate reservation records and correspondence. • Assist with reporting and administrative tasks as required by the Revenue Manager. • Stay up to date with promotions, packages and loyalty programs to confidently guide guests. • Support Front Office operations where required and contribute to a collaborative team environment. What We Need From You • Previous experience in a Reservations or hotel front office role preferred. • Strong communication skills with a confident and professional phone manner. • Ability to build rapport quickly and deliver personalised service. • High attention to detail and strong organisational skills. • Experience with Opera, Holidex Plus and Microsoft Office (preferred). • Ability to learn new systems quickly and adapt in a fast-paced environment. • Completion of Year 12 or equivalent. • Flexibility to work a rotating roster as required. • Full Australian working rights.
