REQUIREMENTS

  • Hotel reservation experience an asset
  • Strong customer service & communication skills
  • Problem solving & conflict resolution skills
  • Ability to work independently & as part of a team
  • Up-to-date knowledge of local area & attractions
    Job Types: Part-time, Casual, Seasonal
    Pay: From $18.00 per hour
    Expected hours: 16 – 30 per week

Responsibilities

YOUR ROLE

We are seeking an outgoing and courteous Reservations Agent to provide guests with a seamless and friendly booking journey.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Process & manage all guest reservations (phone, email, and/or online bookings)
  • Provide information related to guests’ stay and travel
  • Process reservations related payments
  • Upselling/cross-selling to promote hotel services and enhance guest experience
  • Enter group rooming list and/or other guest data as required
  • Front Desk support including but not limited to, answering phones, and communicating with other departments for guest requests
  • Other tasks as assigned
