Our esteemed hotel is centrally located in Cairns City. Our property features 324 elegantly appointed rooms, 18 versatile meeting spaces, Coco’s Kitchen and Bar, as well as in-room dining services. We are now seeking a guest-focused and results-driven Reservation Sales Agent to drive revenue and provide an exceptional first impression, ensuring an outstanding experience for every guest.
Job Description
Delivering a 5-star experience every step of the way
We are on the lookout for a motivated Reservation Sales Agent to help drive hotel performance and ensure every guest has a memorable experience. In this role, you’ll combine your sales expertise with your ability to provide exceptional service, maximizing both occupancy and rates while making guests feel valued and cared for.

We are looking for candidates who are passionate about growth and development, and who are committed to making a meaningful impact within our team. If you’re driven to elevate the guest experience and contribute to the success of a premier 5-star hotel, we want to hear from you.

  • 1-2 years of experience in a Front Office or Reservations role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Opera Cloud is a plus
  • Strong service orientation with exceptional attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently, take initiative, and excel in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and public holiday
Responsibilities
  • Drive revenue by upselling and cross-selling to enhance guest experiences and optimize hotel performance.
  • Answer phone calls and emails with professionalism, providing personalised and efficient service.
  • Accurately input guest reservations and information with attention to detail.
  • Address guest concerns with professionalism and courtesy, ensuring a positive resolution.
  • Regularly monitor rates and promotions to ensure maximum sales opportunities.
