JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Reservation Agent to join our team, based within the Reservations Team you will work closely with all areas of reservations, from managing accommodation and bookings to liaising with clients and hotels. The ideal candidate will possess excellent service skills and a passion for hospitality. As a Reservation Agent, you will be responsible for managing reservations, providing information about our services, and ensuring a seamless experience for our clients. Your ability to communicate effectively, will be essential in catering to our diverse clientele.

EXPERIENCE

  • Previous experience in guest services or hospitality is highly desirable.
  • Strong communication skills with an emphasis on phone etiquette and professionalism.
  • Familiarity with hotel reservation systems is beneficial but not essential as training will be provided.
  • A genuine passion for providing exceptional service in a fast-paced environment is crucial.
  • Computer proficiency across all Microsoft software is essential.
