• You will process reservation requests (by phone, email, online portals) for our four houses.
• You create offers, confirm bookings, and handle change and cancellation requests.
• You are the first point of contact for our guests regarding their reservation.
• You will work closely with the on-site teams (Front Office, Sales, Revenue) to ensure a smooth process.
• You support upselling and cross-selling, thus actively contributing to increased sales.
• You carefully maintain our systems (Opera Cloud, Protel, etc.)
